On March 31, more than 200 Ducks Unlimited members and guests gathered in person to celebrate DU Blackhawk Gala's 10th Anniversary, raising more than $450,000 for wetland conservation. Pepper Snyder was recognized for his contributions and leadership in wetland conservation. President Doug Schoenrock kicked off the evening with a cordial welcome on behalf of the DU board. Then, seated amidst the world-renowned Blackhawk collection of vintage cars, attendees enjoyed a sumptuous meal and live auction featuring a select group of unique items. A highlight of the evening was a specially produced video honoring Snyder and featuring interviews with friends and colleagues.
